PLUCKLEY PARISH CLERK
Pluckley Parish Council is seeking to recruit a Clerk, who is the Proper Officer and Responsible Financial Officer of the Council.
The Council has produced a Neighbourhood Plan and the Clerk will assist the Council in delivering its objectives for the community.
The position is part-time, 10 hours per week, including occasional evening meetings, and may involve working from home if preferred. The salary range will be between £11 and £15 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Candidates will have a good standard of education, be able to write minutes of meetings, be able to handle the Council finances and be conversant with Microsoft Word and Excel. He/she will preferably hold the CiLCA or other relevant qualification, although training will be given and CPD encouraged.
